- ILS indicator fixed

Note: To enable the increased VC lighting intensity, open the aircraft.cfg and uncomment out the first entry (highlighted in bold below):

- Added co-pilot camera view based on customer feedback

- ADF needle reversed to correctly point to tuned ADF frequency

- VC light settings disabled as per customer requests
