The optional throttle position markers can be enabled from the EFB aircraft app configuration menu (THROTTLE POS). They show the current position of your physical throttle controls on the LH MFDU engine display, making it easier to match your hardware throttle position to the autothrottle setting before disconnecting the ATS and helping to avoid sudden thrust changes.
