How I Do Select An Altitude For The Autopilot To Hold?

Once altitude hold mode has been engaged there are two methods for changing the altitude that the autopilot holds:

Rotate the datum adjust knob (located on the centre pedestal) either left to decrease the altitude, or right to increase the altitude in hundreds of feet.
Rotate the altitude selector knob located above the primary altimeter
