I Have A Problem To Load Flight Plans. The FMS Shows "No Nav Data" "iiiiii"

Can you see these two folders within your 'Documents\Flight Simulator X Files\' folder?

JFBoeing_FlightPlans

JFBoeing_NavData

If those folders aren’t present in Flight Simulator X Files but are present in a local language version of that folder, please copy and paste them into the Flight Simulator X Files folder (create one if one doesn’t yet exist).
