If the engines are not running, hydraulic pressure will decrease over time. If the hydraulic pressure in the brake accumulators indicates 1,600 PSI or lower (accumulator pressure), there is not enough pressure for the brakes to function. The hydraulic pressure can be increased by temporarily switching ON the SYSTEM I ELECTR PUMP.
