When starting from a cold and dark state, the Artificial Feel buttons will be in the OFF (pushed down) position with failure lights illuminated. In order to turn ON the Artificial Feel units and for the failure lights to extinguish, these buttons will need pulled up and then each of the three PFC START buttons pressed on the left side of the PFC panel.
