Thrust Index is calculated based on the airport elevation, and outside air temperature, as well as cabin air and engine anti-icing settings. The Thrust Index tables can be found in the F28 Professional manual.

The Thrust Index for the current airfield elevation and temperature will also be set automatically when you load into the aircraft.
